Gamuda Berhad is an engineering, property and infrastructure company based in Malaysia. It is one of the largest Malaysian infrastructure companies, with a proven track record of delivering innovative breakthrough solutions worldwide. As a homegrown company steered by a global mindset, the team at Gamuda Berhad are involved in multiple projects across the world, hence they were looking for a harmonised signature asset to complete delivering exceptional solutions within the group and to external parties.

As a multi-award winning engineering and construction company with several brands in their portfolio. Gamuda Berhad was looking for a solution that would unify their external communications through digital signature. The existing digital signature does not align with their main corporate identity and therefore as a multi-brand company, they faced the challenge of the authenticity of mailing recipients from the external brand perception. We worked alongside the Gamuda Berhad Corporate team initiative to re-aligning all digital signatures.

Digital signatures provide the added assurances of origin and identity. Our team at Purpose/Built was tasked to review and analyse all digital signatures across Gamuda Berhad including its sub-brands. In total there were about 20 digital signatures that had its own branding including the main brand. We held multiple digital workshops with different stakeholders to understand each requirement and ultimately consolidate each requirement given into the final outcome. We identified the development required and consolidated the requirements by developing a digital signature generator that will allow Gamuda Berhad and its sub-brands to have a consistent visual communication throughout. Roll-out was initiated and completed for existing employees and on-boarding employees are fully optimised the deliverables.
