Zensorium is a medical device and wearable technology company rooted in groundbreaking research that has earned respect in the marketplace for its engineering and innovation. The company is poised to release a new device years in the making, containing breakthrough technology that builds on its previous device innovation. The plan to expand beyond its home market in Southeast Asia and launch in Europe to a B2B audience positioning the new offering as a wellness device is an ambitious endeavour.
THE PROCESS
THE INSIGHT
In August 2019, one of our existing client, Zensorium approached us to develop a video for their medical device called ACT by Zensorium. The video needed to showcase statistical facts on Kidney Disease, a brief introduction to ACT by Zensorium and a step-by-step tutorial on how to operate the medical device.

THE SOLUTION
We had our Strategist team to craft out on the flow of the video by using the storytelling approach, this way, viewers can understand and relate easily towards the message of the video. We also proposed to have the video in half animation and half videography. The animation covers the statistics, current Kidney Disease diagnostics and well as the introduction to ACT by Zensorium that highlights its benefits and how the medical device works.
The videography covers the step by step process of operating the device. For this part of the video, we collaborated with Alberto Rossini photography and appointed him as our videographer for this project. Our team prepared a storyboard that visually explained the scenes from start to end. With the approved storyboard in hand, we flew into Singapore and filmed the operation steps at the clients lab with the help of our clients lab workers, making sure each step recorded were accurate.
