Social Media Management: Eagle Brand

Purpose/Built was tasked to elevate Eagle Brand digital presence and create a strategy whereby they could increase their audience engagement and thus create a healthy social media environment and promote it’s brand awareness. The first step was to audit the current Facebook and come up with recommendation. We notice that the main audience for this Facebook is malay audience and thru analysis and generate an insights analysis, we shared that data with Eagle Brand and come up with digitally strategy, which in turn helped to inform the digital communication strategy.

THE CHALLENGE

Eagle Brand Facebook have not been performing very well and have not been actively engage with it’s audience. This has resulting that their followers is not active due to non consistence of Facebook post. Besides, due to a very lean marketing team that have minimal social media knowledge, it is apparent that they are looking for social media experts to take over the responsible of promoting brand awareness via Facebook.

THE SOLUTION

As Eagle Brand main audience is Malay audience and hence, we put efforts in creating content in Bahasa Malaysia to ensure the audience can relate to the page. In order to make Eagle Brand facebook a success, we come up with different posting strategy each week to target user. Within one month of launch, we tracked over 1500 active Facebook user via our Facebook Insignts The rate of monthly engagement also increase 20% and show signs of constant growing.

A: I am learning that building client relationship is essential as it is the foundation of any current or future projects. As we strive upon earning the client's trust, in return they reciprocate thus, ensuring an even higher quality work and the ability to complete projects efficiently from both parties.

A: To not take things to heart; to take in the good and make them lessons, leave the bad.
